Bring the Ice Cream Party to You

We took everything you love about Theo’s and put it on wheels! Our mobile ice cream truck brings handcrafted ice cream and the full Theo’s experience right to your celebration.

From weddings and graduation parties to employee appreciation events, birthdays, schools, and neighborhood gatherings, our truck is ready to roll up and make your event a little sweeter.

Pricing

Our pricing includes a booking fee plus a minimum ice cream purchase. Single scoops start at $5.50, double scoops start at $7, waffle cone upgrades, and toppings also available. A 10% service gratuity is added to ice cream sales.

One-Hour Rental

• $300 booking fee + $500 ice cream minimum

We’ll serve guests for one hour. Recommended for approximately 75–150 guests and available Monday through Thursday and select daytime events based on availability.

Two-Hour Rental

• Monday–Thursday: $300 booking fee + $750 ice cream minimum

• Friday–Sunday: $400 booking fee + $1,000 ice cream minimum

We’ll serve guests for up to two hours. Recommended for approximately 100–250 guests.

Express Cup Service

• $6 per cup + 100 cup minimum

Perfect for groups of 300 or more, our Express Cup Service features pre-scooped 5 oz cups for faster service and shorter lines.
